Dolphin Logistics Group has long been deeply rooted in campuses, continuously investing in industry-academia collaboration and youth talent cultivation. We are honored to be awarded the "Outstanding Employment Guardian" award by Chihlee University of Technology. Associate President Chen Wei-liang represented Dolphin at the award ceremony, and Dean Wu Shou-jin personally presented the award. This recognition testifies to the achievements of both parties in jointly promoting industry-academia collaboration and creating more career opportunities for young talents.

Chihlee University of Technology held the "Outstanding Employment Guardian Selection and Recognition Event" to recognize corporate partners who have long supported student internships, employment, and career development, and actively deepened university-enterprise cooperation. For Dolphin, this honor is not just an award, but also represents the university's recognition of our long-term investment in talent cultivation and industry-academia collaboration, and also witnesses the achievements accumulated by both parties for students' career development.

**From campus to workplace, we hope to give students a true starting point for accumulating strength.** From internships and work-study programs to officially joining Wan Tai after graduation, we continuously provide students with practical experience, on-the-job training, and comprehensive development programs. This allows them to gain early exposure to real-world workplace environments, accumulate experience through learning, and build professional skills through hands-on practice, laying a more solid foundation for their future careers.

We thank Chihlee University of Technology for their recognition and trust. In the future, Wan Tai Logistics Group will continue to deepen industry-academia collaboration, connecting campus and corporate resources to create more diverse and developmental internship and employment opportunities for the younger generation.

We also look forward to more outstanding students joining Wan Tai, starting their journey from campus to a larger stage with us!
